We look forward to teaching students a traditional Martial Art and are rewarded by seeing them benefit from the many benefits that training has to offer. We aim to teach students to develop these fundamental karate principles:

Respect: towards parents, teachers and society. How to have the ability to defeat the bully without necessarily fighting. Independant studies have shown that Goju Ryu Karat

e improves mental focus, increases attention span and also makes children more aware and alert as well as developing effective self defence skills that can be carried through life.
