MOTHERHOOD NEVER FELT SO GOOD 💕✨

Think less “workout class” and more shared space for mums to reconnect with their bodies and each other. Motherhood can feel so isolating at times, but movement brings us together.

These Pilates sessions are designed to help mums rebuild strength, reconnect with their bodies, and be part of a supportive community of women going through the same stage of life. Babies all the way to preschool come to our lovely sessions.

Sometimes we flow like today, majority of time it’s hands on focused on you and ensuring you’re getting the best from our sessions together.

All the mums here are so lovely and supportive of each other.

I just love that and I have collaborated to produce these lovely Thursday mornings

Resilience isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s quiet, tired, and still shows up. Jan has been heavyyyy,

You can literally see it. I was mentally and emotionally exhausted before it even began. Lost my sparkle this month more than I’d like to admit. Lewllll 🫠

The race caught me in all the fight or flight I’d been resisting. Normally, I’m the one shouting, motivating, driving. This time, I had nothing to give mentally and .jmorgan_ knew.

Having them by my side just grounded me, reminded me of my perspective, gratitude, and of our amazing accomplishment.

Here’s to hoping everyone has a support system when you’re feeling s**t. Here’s to amazing friends for their steadiness, their presence, their quiet strength when you need them most.

And here’s to a hopefully Fabulous Fu***ng Feb for me✨

RUN 17 under my belt 🌱✨

as you all know, I wouldn’t call myself a runner. Haven’t been a “runner” since 2018, when I left the military and even then, how can you compare with your 21 year old girly self right😅?

Reflecting I’m always immediately so harsh on myself. Always wanting to be better and put my resilience to the test.

But when I go back to ‘24 when I couldn’t walk, sit with my legs out in front of me.. WOW! I am proud of myself for all 17 of these runs👸🏼

I have such a supportive training partner .jmorgan_

This year I need to dedicate it to myself.
TRUST in people again. Let people in. Because actually so many people show up for me & are rooting for me.

I can be the biggest hype girl and still receive it back without questioning.

‘26 WE CELEBRATE OUR BODIES

We’ve all done it. Swallowing us whole.

It is so s**t. The constant comparison, low self worth. I’ve been there. I could write a book on my past selves.

STILL catch myself slipping into that picking myself apart body distortion time to time.

BUT recently, I’m mostly in body neutrality. It no longer consumes me because I don’t let it become more than a thought. I don’t stare in the mirror. I put my clothes on, quick fit check and go because how I’m moving means more to me - function over aesthetics all day.

And to me, celebrating women is my biggest hype! Because I know how it feels and I’d hate anyone to think they are less than.

If you’re in the - how do I look mode, I’m this or not enough.. that’s your cue to shift to function, sensation, capability. GET people who hype you up around you 🤌🏼✨

Ask yourself

What feels strong today?
What moved well?
What carried me through?
Would I wobble my friend if they said this?

on cloud 9 ☁️ ✨

To think… a year ago I couldn’t even sit with my legs out in front of me. My back had completely checked out.
I was told, You probably shouldn’t run again and Lifting like that won’t be as easy. I took a long time out of the gym and just focused on my Pilates until March this year.

Fast forward March til now, Ive opened a business, working every hour the universe throws at me, raising a very special child who teaches me more about resilience than any thing or anyone ever could… and still trying to fit in training between life’s chaos, caffeine, and the occasional meltdown & self doubt.

But we kept going. Slowly. Stubbornly. With a bit of attitude. That old me started to creep back in.

I kept putting off and kept saying no to the girls until last weekend, I lined up for it with my partner .sara

This wasn’t just a race; this was proof.
Proof that I’m harder to break than I thought. Defying my limiting beliefs. Proof that consistency beats circumstance.
Proof that life can be messy, demanding, and exhausting… and you can still carve out space to fight for yourself.

So here’s to the comeback I wasn’t sure I had in me.
To the partner who ran beside me & inspires me everyday as she’s in the same circumstances 💕

To the body that refused to tap out.
And to every person who’s been told you won’t do that again, watch us.
