A reel to be real for a minute.

I'm stopping making excuses, Marwell 10k is fast approaching 🙈.

I love being a parent, running a buisness, keeping a home & being a wife, but ultimately when doing all of these, I'm at the bottom of the priority pile.

I'm not twenty something with only work to worry about anymore, life is different, but I wouldn't change it for the world! 🌏

But in doing all of these things, my own progress takes a back seat, but for once, maybe twice a week, i'm going to try harder to prioritise myself. 💪.

Today one of my swimmers completed her 1500m & 1mile Badge & Certificate 🏆.

I've taught this little girl (not so little now 🥺) since 2019, she's stuck with me though 1 Pandemic (see face shield photo), Several lockdowns & 2 Maternity leaves.

I'm so proud of all she's achieved, it only feels like 2 minutes ago I was holding her hand encouraging her to blow bubbles. 😢

Thank you so much for choosing me to teach her & for my lovely gifts.

I appreciate each & every one of my swimmers & celebrate all of their wins no matter how big or small, it doesn't get much bigger than this though.

Well done, I'll miss you 💐.

Have done a few shifts back & it's been so lovely to see the swimmers progress 🏊.....and to not be Mummy for a few hours 🙊.
