Our Inclusive mixed gender Rugby Union taster sessions have been going strength to strength. The perfect chance for people to try something new, no matter your ability or fitness levels.

We adapt our sessions and drills so that everyone can play, no matter your shape or size.

All of our training sessions welcome LGBTQ+ & Allies. Kernow Piskies will always be a safe space for you to be yourself 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting some FREE Mixed Rugby Union sessions at Camborne Rugby Club in August.

Following the events that went on at Camborne Library, we reached out to a few local clubs and we have been invited to Camborne RFC to host 3 weeks worth of Just TRY rugby sessions starting the 10th August!

This will be a bit of fundamental skills, Union style touch but also Rugby Union focussed sessions with more contact stuff too. Think rugby tackle shields, etc.

It is so important now, more than ever that there are inclusive spaces for LGBTQ+ people to be themselves, find community and be fit and active.

Camborne RFC are doing amazing work to increase their offering of rugby across all their sections following their huge success last season.

No matter your skill level, gender, sexual orientation, body shape, we want you to join our sessions.

Where: Camborne RFC, Cranberry Road, Camborne.
When: 10, 17, 24 August
Time: 6:30pm - 8pm

This will be in addition to our usual Wednesday night Touch Rugby stuff which is in Penryn/Falmouth.

We will always be a safe space for people to be themselves, for our community to come together and play a sport they love.

We would LOVE to host a couple of weeks worth of sessions for people to try something new, make friends and be fit and active.

We'll be reaching out to local rugby clubs - Camborne RFC, Redruth RFC and the council to help find a space for us to do this. There is no space for hatred, discrimination and for people to feel excluded for just being themselves.

Camborne Town Council regrets to announce the temporary closure of Camborne Library and the cancellation of the scheduled Story Time and Craft Session with performers Roxie and Ginger, which was due to take place on Saturday 27 June.

We had such an amazing time joining the at their training session tonight. It might have been raining but it did not wash out our enthusiasm ✨️

Having trained on 3G pitches and the beach since our club was created, it was the first time we had trained on grass too 😲

It was also the first time we have played with another touch team and we had so much fun!

It was great to learn from a more experienced and developed squad. Your players and coach are so friendly and helpful. It was nice that our many questions were answered with such patience and kindness.

Thank you for creating another safe space for us to enjoy rugby together ❤️
