5 fish day all satellite tagged for THUNNUS UK. What a day. 5 for me on the rod with Charlie Garland wiring them all like a machine.
All big fish 250-480lb. Since the beginning Sean and I always wanted a 50 fish season and today we passed it. Sean, number 50 was for you my friend, I wore your hat all day, we miss you, RIP.

Friday has been snapped up. We still have spaces available for late October and November. There are a lot of fish about this year and October is typically our best month although the weather hasn’t been cooperating. I think that the late arrival of the mackerel means we’re going to get a late run of tuna.

We have an opening for the full boat on Friday. The weather is looking good!!!!

Tuna everywhere. Unfortunately the smaller ones have moved in for the first time. Back to the drawing board we go.

The first woman angler to fight a tuna on standup for the CHART Program landed a beautiful 170cm fish in 20 minutes. Congratulations Kirsten Roberts. Her husband Paul landed a lovely 150cm fish soon after. Well done to you both.
