Our aim is to help you get the most from immersing yourself in the challenges and thrills of the natural world while learning valuable skills and having fun. You'll find us at Swanpool Beach, Falmouth , on the sheltered south-west coast of Cornwall, which is a great place to try your hand at all manner of wet and wild watersports and at Tolcarne Beach in Newquay. Next up on our meet the team series, we have Billy!

Billy is one of our lead instructors and, along with Louie, helps keep the daily runnings of the centre smooth. From paddle boarding and kayaking to coasteering and mega SUP, Billy is a pro at them all, but best of all, he does a 10/10 handstand on a paddle board. 🌊

Meet your lead instructor, Louie!

Louie is Oscars right hand man at the centre and is always there to help out and lead the instructional team out on the water. Whether you're joining us for a paddle session, coasteer or a day of Kids Club, Louie can do it all. 🌺

In his free time, you'll find Louie diving for seafood, or planning his next big adventure. (Ask him about his recent trip around India and Nepal!) 🌍

Next up, we've got our Centre Manager, Oscar!

Oscar runs all things day to day at the centre, making sure every session is planned, staffed and runs smoothly. He works closely with both our operations team and instructors to make sure you have the best time possible out on the water. 🌊

When he's not at the centre, you'll find him diving for lobster, scallops and spider crabs or exploring Cornwall on his motorbike. 🦀🦞🌞

Sail away, sail away, sail away... ⛵

If you're visiting Cornwall this summer, why not get the full cornish experince and learn to sail! Not only is sailing a super fun activity to have a go at, it's also a brilliant and unique way to see the coast. ✨

On your session, our experinced sailing instructors will talk you through each part of the boat on land, before heading out onto the water, where you'll sit at the helm, harnessing the wind and experiencing the Cornish waters like never before! 😄

To kick of our 'meet the team' posts, we'll start with a face that everyone knows - Torie! ✨

If you've ever done just about anything at Elemental, Torie and her detail orientated brain would've been a part of putting it together. Torie is our Operations Manager, meaning she deals with all big-picture organisation of schools groups, both local and from further a field. 🌺

When Torie's not keeping Elemental in line, you can find her running, sea swimming or enjoying a dog walk with her lovely pup, Bobby! 🐶

We had a very exciting end of May, a weekend of training with our fabulous new instructional staff and a non-stop week of School groups enjoying their Cornish Adventure week. 🌊

Thank you to our amazing school who took the time to give us this incredible review of their ski trip with us this year.
