Blocks aren’t just for support! We can use them to switch things up, creating an uneven landscape to work from, changing habit patterns and exploring new areas. We can use them to aid proprioception - getting a better sense of where your body is in space and finding more ability to truly feel into it - as well as adding a little weight enhance the muscle activity. And we can use them to create stability in the part of the body that we want to hold steady while we work. Just some of the ways that you can get creative with your yoga props! Join me for a block party! Visit www.wildsereneyoga.co.uk to find out more.

If someone tells you they use a chair in their yoga practice, don't assume it's because they need a prop to support them! We use all sorts of props in Primal Vinyasa, to switch things up, create a difference, break up habit patterns – generally to shake things up a bit! And it doesn't always make a flow easier, let me tell you! Come along and find out new ways to play with your chair, a broom handle, a block. Classes at Pendennis Community Centre Falmouth, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Visit the centre pageor www.wildsereneyoga.co.uk to find out more.

Spinal mapping is one of the most fundamental - and intuitive - parts of Primal Vinyasa. This beautiful drill gives space to feel into your body, to tune into the parts that are desperate for your attention, and to open awareness and perception of how your body is - right here, right now. It’s also one of the best anti-ageing methods there is! Join me on the mat to get to know yourself and learn how to stay young. Classes in Falmouth and Truro - visit www.wildsereneyoga.co.uk to find out more.

There's another element to Primal Vinyasa, it's called Primal Fit. We take yoga moves and add weights, speed and repetition to build stamina, strength and fitness. It's yoga, but not as you know it. So if you think yoga's too namby-pamby and not tough enough for you, better have a rethink. Come and check out my classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings at Pendennis Community Centre Visit my website (link in bio) to find out more.

Gaining confidence to get a little bit more bounce, a little bit more lift with each try - this is why, in Primal Vinyasa, we repeat routines so that as your brain maps the movement you can, er…. get into the swing of things. Give it a go with me, Monday and Wednesday evenings and Friday mornings at , and Thursday mornings in Truro. Website link in bio for more info.

We stepped outside after class to the most beautiful sunset, and it was one of those moments that makes you stop for a second and just take it all in.

Have you ever sat outside the café and admired the view? If not, you really should.

The café is open from 9am to 1pm; it's the perfect excuse to grab a cuppa, a slice of cake or an ice cream, find a seat, and watch the world go by.💙
