Falmouth Running Club

Falmouth Running Club We are a friendly club welcoming all from performance athletes to social runners. We meet for social runs on Saturday mornings. Keep an eye on facebook for news.

We meet at Falmouth Cricket Club at 18.45 on Tuesdays for group and club runs and 18.45 on Thursdays when we do speed work hills or strength & conditioning sessions. During the lighter evenings we run out into the countryside and along the coast paths and meet at Falmouth School track on Thursdays. Come along and run with us for a few weeks then join the club if you like it!

September 5th FRC Saturday social run will be from Via Ferrata at Halvasso with breakfast at the Cornish Barista after. Meet in the overflow car park at 9.15am for a 9.30am run. Please let me know by Thursday if you are staying for breakfast so I can give the cafe numbers. Thanks. Tandy

Saturday Social (29th) will be starting from Bike Chain Cafe at Bissoe. Usual 9.15 muster for a run/walk @ 9.30 to return for brekkie at 10.30ish. Numbers please by lunchtime Thursday. Everyone welcome with one stipulation...I'm leading (from the rear!) so no fuss.......I'm fine. Erby

The FRC Saturday social run on August 15th will be from Bon Appetit at Twelveheads. Meet in the lay-by on the right just before the cafe at 9.15 am for 9.30am run somewhere along the trail. Breakfast at 10.30 Please let James know by Thursday evening so he can give the cafe numbers. Thanks.

Falmouth Running Club are delighted to be hosting the Rosemullion 10k in its fifth year. A multi-terrain event where runners will be treated to some of the most spectacular views the Helford has to offer!

OK so Saturday social this Saturday will be from Above the Bay, Aka Falmouth golf club. Meet in car park 9.15 to leave 9.30 ish. Back for brekkie 10.30/10.45.
I can't lead so you can pick your own runs. Look after yourselves tho.

This week’s Saturday Social will be from Bon Appetit Cornwall at Twelveheads. Meet in the nearby layby by 9.15 for a 9.30 start. We’ll be running (or walking) along the Bissoe Trail at our own pace, distance subject to heat, with breakfast from 10.30 onwards. Let me know by Thursday if you’re planning on coming along.
