Ma y Be Bachata Cornwall Our classes focus on lead and follow technique in various styles of Bachata.

Ma y Be Bachata Cornwall was started as a collaboration between Magda and Becky- two friends who love dancing and wanted to share their knowledge and grow local dance scene. With over 10 years of experience in Latin dancing and deep-rooted passion for Bachata we strive to pass our extensive knowledge on to our students. Our Bachata classes include sensual, dominican, moderna and fusion styles with

a strong focus on technique in leading and following to enable our students to develop their skills, feel confident and enjoy dancing not only in our socials but anywhere in the world they go! Our goal is to develop Bachata scene in Cornwall and we want to make sure the classes are affordable at only £6 for the evening it's a true bargain for the high standard of classes you receive.

Join us this week for fun Bachata classes this Tuesday 7:30 at the Arwenack or Thursday 7:30 at Fairwinds in Falmouth. Our beginner course continues! Come and learn with us how to connect with your partner while doing key movements in this fun Latin dance🥰 It is much less scary if you know how to dance together so come and join us for those fundamentals 😁
Beginners start at 7:30, intermediate from 8:15. And social from 9pm! You do t need a partner to join and it’s only £6 for a great body and mind workout, plus a fun way to meet new people 😉💃🕺🏼

Last Thursday in the beginners session we have done one of our blindfold sessions….sounds weird? Let me explain.

Have you ever found yourself practicing the moves while still watching the teacher? Often when we come to classes we focus on learning new moves but we forget to learn how to connect with each other.

This session really helps everyone to put connection and with that your follow and leading skills at forefront of the class focus. Plus it’s great fun 😁

Ready to dance?! Come and join our Bachata classes on Tuesday at Arwenack Club or Thursday at the Fairwinds or, even better, come to both! They start at 7:30 with beginners class followed by intermediate class 8:15 and social from 9pm.

New beginners course starting this Tuesday as well so it’s a perfect time to join! You don’t need a partner to take part in our classes so what’s holding you back?! 😉 you can expect friendly atmosphere and experienced teacher who will walk you through all the moves you need to know to enjoy this fun Latin dance💃🕺🏼

Dance is a great way to meet new people, make lasting friendships, have fun and unwind but also bust your confidence and just be yourself 😁
