Rosemullion 10K

Rosemullion 10K Falmouth Running Club are delighted to host the Rosemullion 10k. Although this is a challenging 10k the race is suitable for all.

A multi-terrain event where runners will be treated to some of the most spectacular views the Helford has to offer! The race starts from Carwinion Road Playing Field in Mawnan Smith, and after a brief tarmac start you will soon be hitting the trail down to Nansidwell where the real fun begins along the South West Coast Path! The route passes around Rosemullion Head, across undulating fields, ancie

nt woodland and secluded coves along the north shores of the Helford River. A bridleway climb will head you up out of Durgan, before a fast section of trail and road heads you back down to Carwinion - before a testing climb sets you up for the finish line! Just be sure to bring your trail shoes and be prepared for some hills, mud and technical descents…

Recce of the race route

Short notice but on Tuesday 8th September Falmouth Running Club are meeting in The Square next to the Red Lion in Mawnan Smith to run a recce of the Rosemullion 10k route. Meeting at 6:45, there will probably be 4 groups catering for most paces.

Runners from all clubs and non affiliated runners welcome to join us. Chat and drinks afterwards of you don’t have to rush off.
