Darren explained the basics of this skill yesterday but Box Soccer is about progression so here is Dale Carrick Head of Coaching at the Hearts Soccer Academy putting some OOFT into the practice. This is for when you have mastered the mechanics. Dale nickname Speedy 👏

We will have two weeks this summer at Coasters Sports Arena
Ages 5-7 and 8-12 years from 10am - 3pm
Food will be available from the cafe 🍔 🌭 🥤
