A huge well done to everyone who were successfully at the coloured belt grading today at GSMA. There were a few nervous faces today, however that is to be expected if it's your first time on the floor! The theory was exceptional from all of our students 👏

Reminder about Taekwon-Do class and the coloured belt grading tomorrow. Tigers class will be on as normal 👍

Just a quick reminder that there will be no Taekwon-Do class on Sunday due to the coloured belt grading taking place. Tigers class is on as normal.

Going to miss this wee fella as he has been brilliant in our Tigers class 🐯 and now promoted up to Taekwon-Do Juniors 🥋

Getting the kids started at an early age in Martial arts is not only a confidence builder, but also helps set them up later on in life. It is, and always will be a parents worry sending kids off to school, whether it is primary or secondary knowing that they must stand up for themselves. Bullying is rife at the moment, so it is important that we give children the best knowledge to be confident and know what's right from wrong.

Taekwon-Do is not an art to promote fighting but an art to learn peace and tranquility, but to also have self protection, knowing you have the skillset to use any of the techniques practiced if you really have to as a last resort!
