Apologies for any inconvenience but there isn't enough people to be able to run a class. Hopefully next Sunday will be busier and the class will go ahead as normal.

WE ARE OFFICIALLY OPEN!!🥊🥊
Prices are opening special of £29.99pm for first two weeks then £34.99.
If you are a current BST gym member, the price is £10pm and any new BST gym members will be £20pm for the academy.
Non academy members will be £4 per class. Under 16's £2 per class.

New instructors and classes will be starting in the coming weeks (MMA & BJJ)

Opening schedule: Mon -fri
9.30am-11am: women only boot camp
11.30am-1pm: mixed boot camp
1.15pm-2.45pm: open academy(class free training time)
3.15pm-4.30pm: after school kids boxing academy
5pm -6pm: women only academy class
6pm-7pm: open academy
7pm-8pm: mixed boxing class
8pm-9pm: Muay Thai class

Sat and Sun
9.30am-10.30am women only bootcamp
10.30am-12.30pm: open academy
12.30pm-1.30pm: mixed boot camp
2pm-3.30pm: Muay Thai class
3.30pm-4:30pm: kids boxing academy
5pm-6pm: women only boxing class
6pm-7pm: open boxing academy
7pm-8pm: mixed boxing class
8.15pm-9.15pm: Muay Thai class

Combined with BST gym and fitness centre next door, this exciting new academy will be opening soon with a range of various classes and training opportunities. Classes and training will be taken by British and European champions!
From beginners to competitive fighting, classes and training are for all ages.

Boxing, Boxercise, Muay thai, Kickboxing, MMA, BJJ, Marine fitness, Women only classes and Kids classes.
