If you feel the same I have a solution for you , I have a functional Training class for 30 mins where I guarantee you will burn more calories that running On a treadmill for an hour. Not only that but you will still be burning calories after you stop while learning how to use battle ropes , kettlebells, assault bikes , Ski ergs and much more it’s short and sharp and straight to the point.
