🧡✨💁🏻‍♀️ ON TONIGHT! 💁🏻‍♀️✨🧡

🧘🏻‍♀️FIT N FUNKY’S NEWEST CLASS: STRETCH AND RELAX🌻✨

In this hour long class we will begin with a *LOW IMPACT* warm up of some floor work, learning on how to engage our core, and learning about different muscles used in dance technique. 💃🏻

We will then use the class to slowly stretch the full body at a slow pace to increase long term flexibility and overall mobility 💪🏼

Using some basic breathing exercises throughout the class to lower blood pressure and heart rate, and enable a state of calm 🧖🏼‍♀️

Finishing with a short mindfulness based meditation for you to refocus your mind, help clear your mind, reduce stress and send you on your way for a great nights sleep! 🌙
