🙌🙌🙌 Monday May the 4th (Star Wars day for many) sees the start of our new beginners class 🙌🙌🙌
🙏🙏🙏This class will run every Monday night, teaching the fundamental skills and principles of our martial arts 🙏🙏🙏
🥊🙌🙏 We teach Traditional Ip Man Wing Chun Kung Fu, Filipino martial arts, JKD, kickboxing and 4D Combat at Laoch Martial Arts Academy and this beginners class will give you a little taste of them all 🙏🙌🥊
🥊🥊🥊 The fundamental skills will range from the start of the Wing Chun hand forms, footwork and boxing basics to core weapon handling and awareness 🥊🥊🥊
🤔🤔🤔 If you’d like to learn a martial art, have never trained before and joining a class where everyone is just starting out is preferable, this class might be for you?
Or, if you’d like to move more than you do currently, and going to the gym ain’t your thing, this class might be for you? 😀😀😀
