Why add a Pilates ball to your single leg bridge? 🧐

Pressing the ball into the bent leg creates an isometric contraction — meaning your muscles work without changing length — which increases stability demand throughout the body 🔥

I’m so happy to finally share my new dedicated space and setup for teaching Fitness Pilates online! 💻🧘‍♀️

I’ve been working hard getting everything ready so I can bring great classes, energy and support to you all from the comfort of your own homes. There’s been a lot going on behind the scenes, and getting to grips with the tech has frazzled my brain 😆 but I honestly can’t wait to get started and welcome you into this new chapter with me.
