IMPORTANT ADDITION TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE from 1/1/24
After much thought and consideration and speaking to our insurers, to protect ourselves and our hirers and their dogs, we have decided that our meadow is not suitable or available to dogs on the governments Dangerous Dogs Act banned list, this includes XL bullies who will be on that list as of 31/12/23, or any dogs that fit the description of that breed, as found on the Gov.uk site. Anyone who is found to have used the meadow by falsifying the breeds they will bring, will be immediately banned from booking again.
As dog owners and lovers this was a difficult decision but we feel it is the correct one for our facility

PLEASE NOTE: Your booking is for the time booked, just because no one is in the meadow if you arrive early do not assume that you can gain an extra few minutes as we use those times between bookings for maintenance and if we need access then you will be asked to put your dogs back in the car whilst we do what we need to.
HIRE CHARGES
The cost of hire is £12 per hour (including a changeover time of 10 minutes to enable you to load your dogs in vehicle) this is for a maximum of 4 dogs. There will be a surcharge of £1.00 per extra dog up to 8. If you require to exercise more dogs than that please contact us.
On multiple bookings of 6 visits we will reduce that to £10 per hour plus surcharge.
The car park is only suitable for a maximum of 2 cars per visit (this is down to the planning regulations unfortunately).
FACILITIES
For hire by the hour a fenced private meadow for exercising and training dogs. We have two metre high fencing surrounding the meadow so it is perfect for reactive dogs, dogs with poor recall or just for your peace of mind to walk your dogs off leash with no risk. There are two gates one into the car park, which for extra safety we recommend is shut after you enter, and the second to access the meadow. These are both 4’ 3” height.
We provide for your dogs: water on site, longer areas of grass with great smells for them to explore, fun agility course and paddling pools to cool off in. For you we provide: a summer house with seating, picnic tables, toilet facilities and the pleasure of country views and birdsong.
There will be a bin for bagged dog waste on site please use it or risk your next booking being refused. We want this meadow to be enjoyed and other dogs poops are a risk to both health and enjoyment.
Above all we want to give you as dog owners the opportunity to exercise your dogs in a lovely country setting so please respect it and leave it the same as you found it.

RULES FOR MANOR FARM DOG MEADOW
On the hire of the meadow you agree to our rules set out below.
I have read and acknowledge that The landowner or Manor Farm Dog Meadow have no liability for loss, injury or accident that happen to myself, my dog (s), my equipment, my car or accompanying family or friends or for any veterinary bills arising from using the meadow. I agree to use the meadow at my own risk and I am liable for any damages caused by me or my dog (s) whilst using the facility. I agree that if I exercise dogs on the meadow who do not normally live together then this is at my and the other owner(s) of the dog (s) and take full responsibility as above.
I am aware that no dog breeds on the Dangerous Dogs Act List are allowed to use this facility, including XL Bullies.
I am also aware that as the meadow is in the countryside that there may well be noises such as gunshot, bird scarers etc. and vehicles on fields around the meadow as the meadow is situated on a working farm.
Dog Trainers and Walkers:
Anyone using the meadow for training or walking other peoples dogs need to have their own Insurance in place to cover clients and dogs and I will need a copy of that for our records. They also need to inform us that this is the purpose for their hiring the meadow. We take no responsibility for accidents or injuries occurring to dogs or people invited there by the original hirer.
Please remain in your vehicle outside of the car park gate until the previous hirer has loaded their dog/s into their vehicle as they may be reactive.
Your booking is for a maximum of 4 vaccinated and wormed dogs if you want to bring more there is a surcharge of £1.00 per extra dog.
The booking is for a 50min slot to allow time to put dogs in vehicle and leave on time for next hirer. Please arrive and leave on time.
Please can you clear up and deposit poo bags and litter in the bins provided and pick up and take home with you any toys used as they can cause harm to wildlife.
IMPORTANT: any dog having either Kennel Cough, gastric upset or any infectious disease is not brought onto the meadow for at least 14 days to prevent spread. In these cases we will happily refund or credit fees.
