Spent a few mins over summer asking the older lads ways of getting the ball up. Practice, practice, and more practice more touches better you become. You really don’t need a coach just your own ideas and a ball, nobody taught the Maradonna, The Cruyff, The Chop or the elastico. The best players come from the poorest countries in the world not though a 1 to 1 just a ball at their feet as there is nothing else.
