ARE YOU TRAINING HARD ENOUGH? 👀💪

If your Training doesn’t look like this…

You’re probably leaving Gains on the table.

Intensity Matters.
Effort Matters.

You don’t need more Exercises, you need to push the ones you’re already doing.

Let’s be honest….most people just don’t train hard enough to grow.

If you’re leaving 4–5 reps in the tank every set, not trying to beat the log book with Reps or Weight consistently, and generally just not pushing yourself, don’t be surprised when your physique doesn’t change. 🤷🏻‍♂️

You don’t need fancy workouts. You don’t need a new plan every week.

You need Effort, Consistency, and Progressive Overload.

This is where Muscle gets built, in the Final Reps that hurt.

Make them Count.
Train Hard.
Train with Purpose.
Train with Intensity!

First ever 10K — finished in 56:43.

I set myself a goal of going sub-1 hour, so I’m buzzing with that…especially since I still consider myself a “non-runner.” 👀😂

Massive shoutout to for pushing me to sign up (did I even have a choice? 😏).

So far in 2025, I’ve smashed a HYROX and now ticked off a 10K — who would’ve thought? 😳🤷🏻‍♂️

The real lesson? Sometimes you’ve just got to step outside your comfort zone — that’s where the growth happens. 💪

But for now…that’s me back to the weights.

HY-ROX, BYE-ROX 👋🏆🏃🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

3 Months of Training, countless sweaty 7am Saturday Morning Sessions, and a whole lot of doubt about my running….but I did it! ✅

Completed the Glasgow Hyrox in 1 hour 18 minutes, pushing well out of my comfort zone and proving to myself what’s possible. 🤩

Running has never been my strength, and it’s what I knew I’d struggle with the most (especially as I was still trying to Bulk 🫣😂), but hard work and consistency got me through.

Huge shoutout to my partner for smashing it alongside me, and to everyone who supported the journey, mainly the Crew.

First Hyrox done, we can stop talking about it now…but who’s up for the next one? 👀
