Fancy an hour of movement, mindfulness and feel-good vibes?

We've still got a few spaces available on tonight's Silent Disco Yoga Flow session with the fabulous Isla Smith 💙

We'll be flowing by the sea, headset on, worries off and hopefully enjoying a beautiful evening.

Before joining your first Cockles event, please make sure you've ordered your Trainer ICE Tag (In Case of Emergency tag).

These handy little tags attach to your trainers and contain important emergency contact information should it ever be needed. They're a simple way to help keep everyone safe while we're out walking, hiking, Jeffing and running together.

Sometimes the thing that breaks your heart creates the space for something even more beautiful.

Letting go of T R I - H A R D S 4 years ago was one of the hardest things I've ever done. I was devastated. But seeing it continue to thrive today, led by an incredible team of directors and volunteers, makes me so proud 💙

Taking the leap and starting Cockles On The Move was scary, exciting and completely impulsive in equal measure 🫣
Now I get to pour all of my energy into helping women move, connect, grow in confidence and find their tribe💪

Looking back, I realise I wasn't starting again... I was simply starting the next chapter. 💜 ✨
