NOTICE REGARDING THIS MORNING’S CAR BOOT SALE

We would like to apologise for some confusion over the entrance price at this morning’s car boot sale.

We recently changed the buyer entrance price to £1 per person and believed that all of our signage had been updated to reflect this. Unfortunately, we discovered this morning that one of the roadside signs had been missed and was still showing the previous price of £1 per car. When this was discovered the sign was removed.

All of our social media posts and website information had been updated with the correct price, but we appreciate that anyone arriving after seeing the old sign would understandably have expected to pay the price displayed. We are very sorry for the confusion this caused.

We are also sorry to hear that some visitors were unhappy with their experience at the entrance. We want everyone attending our events to feel welcome, and we will be addressing this.

For clarification, the buyer entrance price for our car boot sales is £1 per person, which is in line with, or less than, other car boot sales in the local area.

All of our car boot sales are run by unpaid volunteers from the club, and every penny raised goes directly to Exmouth Archers and helps towards maintaining and improving our club and facilities.

Thank you to everyone who came along this morning, and once again, our apologies for the confusion.

Come along to Exmouth Archers this Bank Holiday Monday for a morning of bargains, breakfast and archery, while helping us raise vital funds for the club.

❤️ EVERY SINGLE PENNY RAISED GOES DIRECTLY TO EXMOUTH ARCHERS.

Our car boot sales are run entirely to raise money for the club. Every seller pitch, every bacon roll, every cup of tea and every £2 archery have a go helps support Exmouth Archers and allows us to keep investing in our facilities, equipment and the future of the club.

So whether you are selling, bargain hunting, grabbing breakfast or just popping in for a cuppa, you are helping support your local archery club.
