Glorious morning at Exmouth parkrun 20th January 2024. Today it was the Exmouth Harriers takeover with pacers between 20 minute & 40 minutes leading the pack. Another fantastic Parkrun as ever and huge thanks to everyone who gives up their Saturday mornings to volunteer, pace and of course run! Heroes all!
A well earned Jammy Dodger slice Ocean - Exmouth after - hence my third run of the day to burn it off ;)
