Ross took on Rivera 3k Swim in Torquay, Devon.

It’s another training swim completed on the road to 3x 1 hour butterfly swims in the English Channel as part of the channel medley relay team.

It was 4 laps of a 750m course and the water was a lovely 18°. It’s more distance in the shoulders and more confidence in the event.

Let’s keep the momentum going!

Ross brought it home today - so can England!! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Some early morning Sunday training at a sunny Budleigh Salterton for Nik and Ross.
