Our club tournament is well under way, with the men's doubles first semi-final and ladies' singles round robin qualifying round completed today. Frederiek, Rachel, Viv and Wendy took part in the ladies singles, with Viv and Wendy coming out on top and securing their places in the final. Men's doubles first semi-final saw Mac & Noah battle Aidan & Chris. Noah has only been playing tennis for four weeks and this was his first ever tennis competition. He did brilliantly but, in the end, the more experienced pair of Aidan & Chris just clinched victory, winning the third set tie-break 10-8. Aidan & Chris are the first men's doubles finalists. They all join Jana & Lily and Selena & Frederiek who are our ladies' doubles finalists, having won their groups.
