What’s happening at the studio in September?

Lotus Loft Exeter Yoga Centre we have three wonderful workshops to book into that will settle you into Autumn and changing seasons.

Isabelle will be teaching her monthly Iyengar - great for alignment and stability, Sunday 13 Sept 10-4

Saghar Saghar Amozgar will be teaching immersive breathwork and sound steeped in Ayurvedic teachings, Saturday 26th Sept 2-5

Luce will be teaching beautiful reconnect and release workshop, Sunday 27 Sept 14.30-15.30

This weekend we have lots going on!

is teaching 10.00 til 1pm Ayurvedic Workshop

teaching a yin workshop at 14.30 til 16.30

Sunday we have the wonderful teaching 10.00 til 13.00

And Sunday evenings wouldn’t be the same without our weekly class teacher .with.natasha

Over the rest of July we have teaching Jivamukti Immersion on Saturday 18th July at 10.00 till 13.00

And will be teaching Saturday 25 July 10.00 till 13.00

So much to choose from and with such experienced teachers you know you are in safe hands…
