As promised I've finally got around to writing up the recipes from the raw chocolate boxes...

🍫Raw chocolate
120ml of coconut butter (or oil)
60g of raw cacao powder
1 pinch of sea salt
4 tbsp of coconut sugar/agave/maple syrup/honey (more for sweeter choc)

Melt everything Except the cacao in a pan. at the end stir the cacao through. Freeze to harden and keep in fridge.

🍫Salted date caramel chocolate
250g Dates
2-3 tbsp coconut milk (tinned)
Large pinch of salt
Dash of vanilla

Blend until smooth! You'll want to stop it too soon but be patient and after 10mins it'll be perfect. Line a mold with raw chocolate and freeze, you might want to do it a couple times. Then fill with the caramel and more choc and freeze until hard.

I used the left over caramel and choc to make a raw millionaire slice. Using ground almond, syrup and coconut oil for the 'shortbread'

🍫Quinoa Flapjack
300g of quinoa flakes
100g dates
100g honey/agave/maple syrup
2 TBSP of coconut oil
1 TBSP of cinnamon
50g of raisins
100g of pecan (or any other nut you prefer)
100g of pumpkin seeds (or any other seed you like)
50g of sunflower seeds
pinch of sea salt

In your food processor, blend the dates, cinnamon, honey and coconut oil. You want for it to blend into a paste. Add a touch of water to thin it out if it gets lumpy.
Next, in a bowl place the quinoa flakes, raisins, nuts, seeds and salt and mix together.
Pour the date syrup into this mix and massage with your hands to get the mixture covered in the sticky goodness.
Line a baking tray and fill with mixture.
Pop it in the freezer for an hour, then slice!

🍫Quinoa crispy cakes/balls
Popped quinoa (available from Poppadums)
Raw choc

Coat the popped quinoa in raw choc and refrigerate. Easy!
