Fantastic run with this morning. Pete helped me get my first ever 10km and I did it at the same pace as my best 1km time this time last year.

If you’re bad at something then just find someone who is a pro and learn as much as you can. Pete is a 67 year old marathon runner who has set records since the 70s and can still smash a 10km every day with ease💪🏼
