What a morning we had for Padel x Pilates last weekend! 🎾🙌

We kicked things off with wellness shots before heading onto court, followed by a full-body sculpt with Ashton Heal and some well-earned sweet treats and drinks to finish 🍒

Plus a few goodies to take home, because we couldn't send everyone away empty-handed! 🛍️

Now the question is... who wants to see another Padel x Pilates? 👀

Want to add another serve to your game? 🎾

As an ex Top 100 UK padel player, it's safe to say that Howard knows a thing or two about what works on court! This time, he's showing us how to get the backhand serve right 🙌
