They make their opposition welcome and provides for them even in defeat, staying on after the game keeping up tradition 👀

They are respectful of injured players from either side, looking after them rather than sniggering at them👀.

Truly an inspiration to all local clubs in this regard.

Proof of how strength training whilst losing fat is essential. The change in body shape, and increased lean muscle here is crazy.
