I’m Oliver. I’ve played rugby for as long as I can remember, and I absolutely love the game.

But growing up, I struggled with confidence. I tried to avoid the ball, stayed quiet, and often hid out on the wing because I didn’t believe in myself.

That’s exactly why I’m building FearLess Rugby – to help young players who are in the same position I once was.

Rugby is an incredible sport. It builds teamwork, resilience, discipline, and confidence. But for children who already lack confidence, taking those first steps into the grassroots game can feel overwhelming.

Every child deserves to feel like they belong. A grassroots rugby environment should be a safe, supportive place for every player, and that’s exactly what FearLess is all about. Our arms are open to everyone.
