Broadclyst Judo Centre had a visit this morning from Sensei Goldman 7th Dan. The children enjoyed a class of pattern movement, positioning, fun and games.

ADULT (16+) JUDO CLASSES

Devon Judo Centres are looking for new adult members age 16+ to join our weekly judo sessions on Wednesdays 7pm to 8.30pm at Riverside Leisure Centre , Exeter.

Beginners and experienced judoka welcome.

The class is a mixture of traditional judo techniques, exercise, skills &drills, competitive time and great fun.

Judo can help with co ordination, discipline, fitness and making friends.

You don't need a judo suit to start so if your interested and want to book your place or want to have a chat about joining, please contact Ruth Goldman at Devon Judo Centres
