It's now been just over a year since I launched KnowIts Fitness and started at 🥳

In that time I've been lucky enough to train with people from all over the world (including clients from South Korea, China, Colombia, Nigeria and more)! 🌍

Helping people achieve their goals is an amazing feeling and I've loved every second of it 💥

Social media has always been a weak point of mine but hopefully over the next few months you'll be seeing me a lot more on here 🔥

📣 Ericsson's 10,000-Hour Rule 📣

This is the theory that in order to master something, you have to have practiced it for at least 10,000 hours 😰

Now, it's important to stress that this is just a theory - 10,000 is literally just a number 🔢

But the concept behind the rule is simply that if you want to get better at something, you have to invest time and effort into practicing it 🕔

I'm telling you this because you can't expect to walk into the gym and be an expert at every exercise, every machine, etc. I've been training for years now and I'm still learning and developing! 🤔

Keep training, keep asking questions and you'll get there - treat it as a journey and enjoy it 🔥

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little excited to have the functional area back to normal at 😍

Only have the 40kg tyre out at the moment but chucking it round was still a lot of fun 🙌

As well as this, the battle ropes and prowler are both back out on the floor, so I'll be working these into my clients' programmes now 💪
