I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who has attended my yoga classes in Cranbrook over the past few years.

Today I held my last class at The Younghayes Centre and we had such a lovely, nurturing practice together.

I feel so blessed and my heart is so full to have had the opportunity to practice yoga with such wonderful people ✨️

I'll be taking a break from teaching, but then I'll be watching out for a new venue. In the meantime, please keep an eye out for workshop announcements 😊

I look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Just a quick one to let you know that this coming Saturday (16th March) will be the last yoga class before I go on holiday for a few weeks.

It's going to be a lovely nourishing floor based practice, so please do book in if this sounds good to you!

If you can't make it, classes will resume on the 13th April.

Hello everyone!

✨️There won't be classes for the month of August, but I'll be back from September. I hope you enjoy some time off with friends and family.

✨️Recharge your batteries in whatever way feels good for you and maybe even try out some new activities. I'm going to give climbing a go!
