When fitting in training includes running with the pram at least once a week. Luckily I almost always have company and someone to share the pushing with (and frequent accidental matching outfits 👯‍♀️)

Stats from our first pram run in September Vs today.
Happy with our steady progress and improvement in pace over that time period 🙌🏼

Post Partum Fitness Diary ✍️

My first 5km post Partum 🙌

I can't say I necessarily always look forward to a run but I do always feel better when it's done and getting in my first 5km post Partum has definitely given me a sense of achievement 🌟

The main goal this week was to tick off 2x 5km ✅

Over the next 4 weeks my training is increasing in the hope I will be able to complete our Hyrox Simulation at the beginning of July in some form without it writing me off 🫠💪

The plan has been drawn up, the goal has been set. Let's get to it.
