Timetable going up tomorrow guys.. can't thank you all enough for the likes.
Most of you will know that we run a Saturday 7am class on the tennis courts at DW FITNESS throughout the summer months. We aim to start this particular Bootcamp by the end of this month.
We ARE currently running a 30 minute HIIT circuit at 8am Saturday mornings in studio 1 at DW. And a 8am full 1 hour Bootcamp on Sunday mornings in studio 1 at DW.
A full timetable and price list will be posted this week.
