After the amazing response to our last Strong Foundations workshop, I’m excited to announce that bookings are now open for the next round starting April 24th!

📅 Session times:
Fridays at 2pm + two Sundays at 6pm (with full access to the gym floor)

This 7-week program is designed to help women build strength, confidence, and a solid understanding of weight training fundamentals. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to refine your technique, this course will set you up to train independently with confidence.

Each session focuses on:
✨ Key movement patterns
✨ Core strength and stability
✨ How to build your own personalised training program

Everything you learn is fully transferable to both gym and home workouts.
