🤔 HOW DO YOU ACTUALLY “GYM” CORRECTLY? 🤔

But… how exactly should you train for results?
Here are ’s three biggest tips if you actually want to see results:
⏱️ 1. Time Under Tension
Don’t just throw the weight around. Control every rep. Slow the extension phase and squeeze the muscle at the contraction to engage it fully.
📈 2. Progressive Overload
Your body adapts to what you ask of it. Over time, aim to lift a little more, perform another rep, or improve your technique.
🔥 3. Train Close to Failure
The reps that feel hardest are often the ones that create the biggest stimulus for growth. Don’t stop just because it starts to burn.
These three principles will transform the way you train, and ensure you’re working out “properly” every session.
