🌞 Hot Weather Class Tips 🌞
It’s going to be a warm one this week, so let’s train smart! 💛
💧 Hydrate before, during and after class – don’t wait until you’re thirsty.
👕 Wear light, breathable clothing to help keep you cool.
🧊 Bring a full water bottle (and a small towel if you have one, or even pop one in the freezer!)
🍌 Eat a light snack 1–2 hours before class so you have energy.
💪 Listen to your body – it’s absolutely okay to take breaks, reduce the intensity or skip jumps if needed.
❤️ Don’t compare yourself to others – everyone’s body responds differently in the heat.
😴 Expect to feel a little more tired than usual – your body is working harder to keep itself cool.
Remember… showing up and moving is enough. We can always dial the intensity down, but let’s keep moving safely together.
