The real reason I hit the gym 4 times per week, get a few cardio sessions boxed off and hit 10,000 steps per day alongside running a very busy one to one PT business in my sixties…….. Family ❤️ Longevity, good health and mobility are my primary objectives every single day. I’m lucky to have a great family and 3 amazing grandsons, the longer I can be around to make memories with them the better!
