These are no-contact classes, focused on pad work. Each class consists of a series of 3-minute drills that will get your heart pumping and your muscles moving, all while teaching you the basic punches and moves used in boxing. Even if you’ve never thrown a punch before, this class will give you everything you need to know to start your journey to a healthier, fitter body using a fun and engaging methodology.
