My “Mum Strong” class isn’t just for new mums…it’s for any woman who’s been through pregnancy, birth, and the beautiful chaos of raising little (or big) humans — and is now ready to feel like herself again. This may be 12 months after birth or 12 years!

🩷Pregnancy isn’t the end of your fitness journey—it’s just a new way of training ✨

This was me back in March 2020, 30 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child - still moving, still working out 🤍

Not out of pressure, but because I knew how much it would support me - physically and mentally but also it would prepare my body for birth and recovery.

Staying active during pregnancy and after birth isn’t about rushing to get your body back… it’s about feeling strong, supported, and connected to your body as it changes. It is doing something AMAZING ✨

As a Level 3 Pre & Postnatal PT, I help mums train safely and confidently, without the guesswork.

🌳Field Fit🌳

Great 1:1 session on the field this morning with Sophie

We combined shuttle runs and weights for a spicy 60-minute full-body workout 🌶️

Finished strong with banded leg work (definitely felt that one!)

These sessions are all about getting stronger, moving well, socialising and enjoying the outdoors 🙌

Exercising with kids around isn’t easy.
The time isn’t always there.
The energy isn’t always there.
But you are. And that’s what matters. 💪

Today I started a simple weights workout — nothing fancy, just moving my body. My little one joined in, and what started as “just get through it” turned into something beautiful. We laughed, counted reps together, and sang silly songs between sets. 🧸💕

It wasn’t the perfect workout. But it was perfectly ours.

Mamas, remember this:
You don’t need the perfect setup.
You don’t need an hour of silence.
You don’t even need to feel 100%.
You just need to begin.
Start where you are. Move how you can.
You will always feel better after. Always. ❤️

☀️ The sun showed up for us this morning on our second Buggy Walk — and so did our beautiful Moko community 💛

We were thrilled to be joined by the amazing who guided us through some gentle, optional exercises designed to support postpartum recovery 🤱💪

There was chatting, laughing, moving, feeding, nappy-changing, and a whole lot of chatting.

Thank you to Liz for sharing your expertise — and a massive shoutout to all the wonderful mamas and their ridiculously cute babies 🫶👶
