🥋 UK CURRICULUM STANDARDISATION SEMINAR 2026

A fantastic opportunity for our BMA students aged 13+ to train alongside members from across Han Guk Mu Sool® at the Association HQ in Hastings.

📅 Saturday 26 & Sunday 27 September
📍 HGMS HQ, Hastings
👥 Open to all grades aged 13+

Across two full days, the seminar will explore the foundations and principles behind our Martial Art – including movement, Ki, speed, flow, power, body mechanics, falling and recovery, techniques and traditional weapons.

You can attend Saturday, Sunday or the full weekend.

A brilliant opportunity to deepen your understanding, train with the Association’s senior instructors and practice alongside the wider HGMS community.

1. Unclench your jaw and drop your shoulders — that's where the tension shows up first.
2. Slow your exhale until it's longer than your inhale.
3. Name the emotion out loud, even just in your head.

We drill all three under pressure on the mat.
