This week I’m hosting a Golf & Pilates wellness retreat at , Benalup Casa-Viejas, Spain 🇪🇸 . The women are members of the group and come from different parts of the UK. It’s brilliant to see when women get together and make new friends through golf. If you would like to join next year’s trips ➡️ go to the link in the bio or visit the Women’s Golf Lounge website.

Working on my game today (in Finland 🇫🇮 took a quick trip after the Open!)

As much as I love teaching Pilates for golfers and helping my clients move better, I also like to put that same focus into my own golf. Exploring different techniques and making small changes has completely changed the way I approach my swing—and my game as a whole. It was very educational to work 🏆 Royal Birkdale GC for a week. I was on the practice range with to check all the player stats were in the correct place. Picked up some great golf tips during that week and now trying to implement them. This TIP 👍 was from Jim Sorenson President and CEO of Bunker Wizard. Former US Walker Cup winning team. Founder of the hugely popular Momentus Swing Trainer. Thank you Jim!

There’s always something new to learn, and I love the process of improving, one swing at a time. 💪🏌️‍♀️

Look who I met on the range at Royal Birkdale Golf Club for the 154th . 🏌🏻‍♀️Georgia is an amazing role model for women playing golf. We need more@loke her!. Always a pleasure watching ⛳️ film one of his YouTube videos.. Look out for their content during the Open week. Enjoy!
