Last Week was a big one for our team — Martina & Phil took on their very first HYROX, and Jake crossed the finish line of his first ever marathon in Rome 🇮🇹🔥

As coaches, we don’t just guide others — we’re still very much on our own fitness journeys too. We know what it feels like to be nervous at the start line, to doubt yourself mid-race, and to dig deep when it really counts.

Stepping onto international stages, pushing beyond comfort zones, and chasing new challenges is what growth is all about — and we live that just as much as we coach it.

We don’t ask our members to do anything we wouldn’t do ourselves 💪
