You can find me at The Claygate Clinic, 5 - 6 Sydney Terrace, Claygate .
Two classes every week, 45 mins and using small props like balls, bands and rings to help you feel the work and find the connections.
Drop in rate £20 or £150 for ten week blocks (24hr cancellation policy)

Diogo Jota got married to his wife Rute just 11 days ago, after 13 years together.
