Kingstanding crew, tonight is your night. 👀💜

We already have 14 people booked, which is ten more than we had at this point last week.

The bookings are growing, the glowsticks are ready, and me and Kim are looking forward to seeing who walks through that door tonight.

You do not need to know the routines. Just come ready to move, laugh and enjoy an hour where the rest of Monday can wait.

Kingstanding crew, you’re first up this week. 👀💜

There are already 10 people booked for tomorrow night, which is six more than this time last week.

Erdington is close behind with 9 booked for Tuesday.

And Fordbridge has already filled all 25 places for Wednesday. 🙌

Me and Kim love seeing the bookings growing, but there is still plenty of room for more of you to join us on Monday and Tuesday.

The ability to tell your left from your right. 😂

Things you will find when you arrive:

Low lights.

Brilliant music.

Friendly faces.

A room full of people getting things wrong, laughing and carrying on anyway.

And me and Kim at the front, probably doing exactly the same. 😂💜

Your first class does not have to be perfect. You only need to walk through the door and give it a go.

So apparently me and Kim have officially become salt and pepper grinders. Honestly, it could have been worse. 😂🧂

Salt N Pepa told us to Push It, and we took that instruction very seriously. Possibly too seriously.

Thank you to our Kingstanding, Erdington and Fordbridge crews for another brilliant week.

You danced, sweated, laughed, whooped and somehow tolerated me and Kim bringing more seasoning than strictly necessary. 🪩

Every class has its own personality, but together we are one fabulous Clubbercise family. We absolutely love sharing these nights with you.

Same time next week for more music, more laughter and probably more questionable behaviour from the front. 😂💜

So looks like our page has had its first trolling incident

Graham has decided to place a review on my page which is a big fat lie as he has never attended one of our fabulous sessions

So just to be transparent I’ve attached Grahams fake review and my Apple Watch info from last nights class to prove how many calories you can burn in a session

Wednesday means the Fordbridge crew bring the week home. 💜

They have done it again. Tonight is 24 out of 24, completely full, with six people on the waiting list. That is officially a thing now. 😂🪩

If you are waiting, we have got you the second a space opens. Cancellations do happen, so stay on that list.

If you can be flexible, next Monday at Kingstanding and next Tuesday at Erdington both have space. Same playlist, same neon, me and Kim being far too enthusiastic about the sax solo. 😂

Just look at those faces. What a room, what an atmosphere and what a lovely bunch to spend a Tuesday evening with.

Thank you for dancing with me and Kim and for bringing the energy from the first track to the last.

💚 11 YEARS AGO TODAY 💚

Look at us. 😂

Eleven years ago today, Rach and Kim, glowsticks flying, music blasting and a room full of people absolutely going for it.

And somehow, all these years later…

We’re still here.
Still teaching together.
Still laughing.
Still whooping.
Still occasionally looking at each other mid routine with that very specific expression that says, “What comes next?” 👀😂

A lot has changed in 11 years, but the reason we love doing this hasn’t.

It’s never just been about exercise.

It’s the music.
The people.
The friendships.
The confidence.
The laughs.
That feeling when the lights go down and, for one hour, you can forget everything else and just MOVE. 💚

We’ve had so many people dance with us over the years, some for a few classes, some for years, and some who are still with us now.

And every single one has been part of the story.

11 years of Kim and Rach madness.

Who knew we’d still be waving glowsticks around all these years later? 😂🔥

Here’s to many more memories with our Clubbercise family.
