The beauty of archery is that it can allow you to experience a skill you never otherwise get to experience. We see it forever in movies and have learnt about past people shooting throughout history, but when you pull that string and let go... It's a feeling like nothing else. Watching the arrow fly and (hopefully) hit your target. Talk about a feedback loop in real time!

2. Always stay low and keep moving.

3. Don’t forget: your bunker is your best friend at first! But then learn to dodge without it to be really good.

4. Communicate with your team – it’s not just aim, it’s strategy.

5. Most important tip? Have FUN and bring a friend!
