Tri 4 Girlz Lanzarote Camp Hey girlies, so this is a page where all the people coming to Lanzarote can communicate, ask questions and get further information about the camp.

I'll be adding not only all the ladies that I coach to this page but also ladies from Dare2Tri club from down south that will be joining us in Lanzarote. Here we will discuss what swim, bike and run sessions you can expect (particularly focusing on the swim sessions as I will be offering technique coaching on a group and 1:1 basis). Hi everyone! Just thought I would set up this page as a way of my ladies that I coach communicating with me about flights and money etc for Lanzarote but also so the lovely Dare 2 Tri lot (if you guys are interested) on having swimming technique coaching with myself whilst we're out there together.

It also provides you with the opportunity to see who else is coming to Club La Santa next April and give you a feel for what to expect.
