after months of hibernation, she’s back!!

this time from our brand new pop up location 👏

📍Queens Head - Epworth - 20th September - 9am

join us in walking / running or just coming for the social 🫶

5K route around epworth (you could make this longer or shorter) whatever suits you ⭐️

mark will not like his nickname of P&P’s handy man but, if something’s broken at the studio I guarantee he will fix it😆 he is going to be leading the 5K route ⭐️

and as always we will meet you back at the cart for coffees, juices & freshly made treats ☕️

our first pop up location !!

I tried to keep it a secret but you all know what I’m like…I get too excited!!!

next weekend marks one year of P&P + it also marks the first weekend of P&P’s coffee cart 🫶

P&P’s AUTUMN RESET CHALLENGE 🤎

so excited to finally announce our first ever challenge 💪

to keep this inclusive for everyone, it’s not the first to 12 (unlimited members I see you)..once you’ve completed 12 you’ll be entered into the draw 🫶

our poster will be going up in the studio and you can add your stars ⭐️

Q4 is a great time for a reset and to lock in for the rest of the year ✨

546 attendees across our classes for the month ♥️ not bad for a quiet summertime across the studio - THANK YOU 💪

this September…

🥂FRIDAY 11TH
• join us in raising a glass to celebrate an entire year of Peace & Pilates 🫶 7pm - 9pm (it’s free to reserve your space on our app)

⭐️ SATURDAY 12TH
• birthday themed reformer sessions, fun little challenges and definitely cupcakes (classes on all morning)

🌳SUNDAY 13TH
• our biggest yet pilates in the park !! we have the imperial hall on hold just incase the weather doesnt want to stay dry - book via our app !!

and lastly, you’ll finally get to meet our coffee cart….☕️

I cannot wait to celebrate with you over this weekend♥️

introducing our newest family member…
P&P’s COFFEE CART

she’s currently in workshop as we speak getting sprayed my favourite colour (any guesses???)

you will FINALLY, be able to buy our specialty coffees and matcha’s outside of our studio doors. this is an absolute dream come true for me 🫶

our first pop up location will be confirmed in the coming week & we cannot wait for you to try our exclusive coffee cart menu !! (did someone say salted honey cold foam?)

one last thing before I go, we plan to be open from 7:30am on a saturday + 8am on a sunday morning (for my fellow caffeine early birds) a completely new concept for Epworth 🫶
